For those wanting to get the closest to true wilderness and trying to keep some modernization this is the place. You get into the small town of Harvey Station with some stores and pull down the dirt road of pure peacefulness. The cabin is new and blends in with the natural surroundings. It's a plethora to your senses. You get the sound and view of the river, the sounds of song birds visiting nesting boxes and feeders, the smell of pines and assorted floral, and the loss of normal civilization senses you came to escape from. The cabin is one of the few places you call home but you can't decide if it's rustic or modern. The interior is done up with a touch of antiques that make it that much more unique, yet you still have modern build that you feel your not "roughing it." Beds and furniture were comfortable and you had all basic luxuries. The stay couldn't have been better, it was really nice quiet nights and some perfect sleep. The hosts, Mike and Tammy are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
This place is heaven. It has everything someone expects. Add to the fact the sound of the river after dark, puts you in a place that is so relaxing. Not something I expected to experience at a camp...fridge, stove, shower, and TV!!!The ATV trails are limitless and this was our #1 priority but found it difficult to leave the camp as it's a home away from home. Will definitely be returning! :)
What a great place!! Tammy and Mike's cabin is a very relaxing, back to nature getaway. Everything you could possibly need is there. It is located in a very remote spot, easy to find if you follow the directions. Communication with Tammy was great. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it. We have a fantastic visit. Everything was great from the scenery to the bunk beds to the screened porch to the decor. I don't think you missed a thing. I hope your new venture is very successful. You have done a terrific job!! Thank you for a wonderful back woods escape. The cabin was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds and swimming in the river. Plenty of room for everyone!!

I cannot believe how nice your little rustic cottage is. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed this beautiful spot. The organization of the cottage and the technology of solar power really makes life easier when staying somewhere with small children. Thank you so much for sharing a little piece of heaven with us. We would gladly come back.
We loved how easy it was. Everything you would possibly need is all there in the cottage. And it's so rustic and homelike. Very pleased with our stay. What a great weekend and a beautiful cabin!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend getaway!

The lodge exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated all of the added touches, especially the decor. We will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return as well. Took a day trip to Saint Andrew's and it was the perfect distance from here.
This place is AWSOME! The scenery alone is spectacular with the river water running just yards from the lodge. The porch that runs along the front is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the nature sounds.
Inside there will be everything you need to prepare your meals,every utensil was there., beds were comfortable and they even have a television to watch if you are so inclined. Great place to spend some time!
Hosts really have gone above and beyond in providing us with great accommodations and the perfect setting for a nice relaxing weekend in the great outdoors! The cabin surpassed our expectations! Well, appointed, very clean and nicely decorated! We enjoyed the coziness of the wood stove, and had many laughs around the campfire!

We spent the weekend at the lodge in August. We needed a weekend away where we could unwind, unplug and relax and we could not have asked for better. I was blown away by the beautiful location and the peaceful vibe. The decorations in the lodge were so thoughtfully placed, and you could spend hours looking at the antiques and handmade items throughout the lodge. Everything you could possibly need was on site, so all you have to do is pack your clothes and be on your way!
Thank you so much Tammy & Mike for allowing us to experience a few days in paradise! The accommodations were perfect for our family getaway! So much more than we expected! And so well equipped! Your cabin was built with so much care & attention & the decor makes it really cozy & inviting! You have an amazing spot... the surroundings are so serene & peaceful! Our family really lad lots of fun and our dog enjoyed swimming in the river. Thanks again & hope to return soon!

I was surprised to find the cabin so well appointed! We have rented a few high end homes in Florida that were not even close to what you offer. It has everything you need and then some!! This is a beautiful peaceful spot. I love the sound of the water. The camp is decorated beautifully and everything is supplied for a person's comfort. We all had a great time!
