Making Reservations:

 -Please contact us to make sure dates are available-​

• We require 50% deposit at time of booking

• we require a $250 damage deposit at time of booking

• Example: 3 nights at $155/night=$555. 50% of $555= $278 + $250 (damage deposit)= $528 required at time of booking.

• Reservation deposits can be made in the form of: cash or e-transfer.

  • In some circumstances cheques will be accepted.

  • If cheques are accepted, guests assume all responsibility of NSF fees, if it occurs.

  • Cheques will not be accepted for bookings less than 1 month away.

Maximum Occupancy:

• The fees stated are based on 4 guests per stay. Assessment of more than 4 will be required and the following additional fees will occur.

  - $10.00 per guest/day

  -$75.00 per Guest/week 

• Maximum of 6; please contact us if you are a group larger than 6 for our rates.

Minimum Stay:  

• This property requires a 3 night minimum stay.

  • Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.

  • If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the third night fee.

Cancellation Policy: 

• If Guests wish to cancel his/her reservations, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • DAILY RENTALS-100% if cancelled 72 hours prior to the check-in date

  • WEEKLY/MONTHLY RENTALS -100% if cancelled 14 days prior to the check-in date

Rental Policy

• Guests are subject to signing a rental agreement, it's strongly suggested you read over it before booking.  CONTACT US FOR A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT.

Internet Access:  

• internet access is available at the lodge, however, there is no wi-fi available. Only those with a data plan will be able to access internet.​

​

Children:

• We regret to inform you that our Riverside loge is not child friendly. We apologize in advance. Ages 14 & up only. 

​

Pets:

We apologize but pets are not permitted.

Included:

​​

• linens- all bedding is provided. sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows. mattresses and pillows have protectors giving you peace of mind. 

• towels- all bath and kitchen towels are provided. please bring your own towels for outdoor activities. 

***linens and towels can be repleished upon request with stays longers than 3 days.
