Surrounding the Lodge

Magaguadavic Lodge is nestled deep in the woods, overlooking the Magaguadavic River; hence the name of the lodge. The Magaguadavic is a historic river, is the sixth longest river in New Brunswick, and has 103 named tributaries- one being the North East Branch. The North East branch runs directly through the property as well, just steps from the lodge. The chances of seeing wildlife on the 3.25 kilometer long road into the lodge is high. You may catch of glimpse of deer, moose, bear, fox, fisher, bald eagles, and of course, a groundhog or 2 that have claimed our land as home.
